3. Service Description

CloudLinux.ro provides cloud server hosting services, including but not limited to:

  • Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
  • Cloud computing resources
  • Server management tools
  • Backup and snapshot services
  • Network and storage resources

4. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Billing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Services are billed on an hourly basis. Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated at any time with prior notice.

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Prepaid credit system - you must maintain sufficient credit balance
  • Automatic hourly billing for active resources
  • Payments processed securely through Stripe
  • Invoices generated automatically via Oblio

5.3 Service Suspension

Services may be suspended if your account balance reaches zero or becomes negative. We reserve the right to delete resources after 7 days of suspension.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or content
  • Spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious code distribution
  • DDoS attacks or network abuse
  • Copyright infringement or piracy
  • Adult content or illegal material
  • Cryptocurrency mining (without prior approval)
  • Activities that violate Romanian or EU law

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with prior notice)
  • Force majeure events
  • Issues caused by third-party providers
  • Customer-caused outages

8. Data and Backups

  • You are responsible for backing up your data
  • We offer snapshot services but do not guarantee data recovery
  • We are not liable for data loss
  • Data may be deleted after account termination

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on CloudLinux.ro are owned by CLOUDZERO SRL. You may not use our branding without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

CLOUDZERO SRL shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the amount paid for services in the last 3 months

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Abuse our services or support team
  • Have outstanding payment obligations

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
