Zero Tolerance for Spam

CloudLinux.ro maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against spam and unsolicited communications. We are committed to preventing spam originating from our infrastructure and protecting our users from spam-related abuse.

What is Considered Spam?

Spam includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unsolicited bulk email (UBE)
  • Unsolicited commercial email (UCE)
  • Email sent without recipient consent
  • Phishing attempts and fraudulent emails
  • Email harvesting and address list sales
  • Email sent to purchased or rented lists
  • Email without valid unsubscribe mechanism
  • Forged email headers or sender information
  • Mass messaging via social media or messaging platforms

Prohibited Activities

Users of CloudLinux.ro services are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited emails
  • Operating email lists without proper opt-in procedures
  • Hosting websites that promote spam services
  • Using our services to collect email addresses
  • Sending emails with misleading subject lines
  • Failing to honor unsubscribe requests
  • Using scripts or bots for mass messaging
  • Relaying spam through our servers

Our Email Communications

CloudLinux.ro will only send you emails for:

  • Transactional Emails: Account notifications, invoices, service updates
  • Security Alerts: Login notifications, security warnings
  • Service Communications: Maintenance notices, important updates
  • Support Responses: Replies to your support tickets

We do NOT send:

  • Unsolicited marketing emails
  • Third-party promotional content
  • Newsletters (unless you explicitly opt-in)

Reporting Spam

If you receive spam originating from CloudLinux.ro infrastructure or from one of our users, please report it immediately:

  • Include: Full email headers, timestamp, and content
  • Response Time: Within 24 hours

Consequences of Spam

Violations of this Anti-Spam Policy will result in:

  • First Offense: Warning and immediate suspension of email services
  • Second Offense: Account suspension for 7 days
  • Third Offense: Permanent account termination without refund
  • Severe Cases: Immediate termination and legal action

  • SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication
  • Real-time blacklist monitoring
  • Automated spam detection
  • IP reputation monitoring
  • Abuse complaint tracking
